COVID-19 RESOURCES & INFORMATION

Our lives have changed drastically from the COVID-19 pandemic. Isolation and loneliness were a very real problem for people living with chronic pain before COVID-19, but now, for some people living with chronic pain, the silence is deafening and even debilitating.

It is important to realize that social distancing does not have to mean social isolation, especially with modern technology available to us.

Connecting with our friends and loved ones, whether by tech means or simple phone calls, can help us maintain ties during stressful days ahead and will give us strength to weather this difficult passage. Don't wait for someone to contact you, we encourage you to take the initiative to reach out to others that may be struggling also.

There really is strength in numbers.

Check out  the resource page for Zoom video conferencing for instructions to hold a Zoom meeting for free allowing you to also see people while you talk to them.
